Each venue (or service) will have to meet a specific criteria. For venue advertising, we accept properties that are available for exclusive use hire. With our advertising and marketing, we also prefer venues that have bedrooms. Properties without accommodation may not feature on the website. But we may still work with them for certain types of events.
Subject to availability: properties will be required to close off to the public completely. This will be for the required duration requested by the client.
Your property may be a manor or country house, luxury villa, castle rentals or even stately home hire.
For our venue marketing, all properties must be at the high-end of the market (exceptional 4 star or 5 star). Also available as an exclusive use venue, and clients have their own private space.
Event venue advertising and promotion should be able to cater for a variety of occasions. Rentals for a celebration, family gathering, special occasion or even for exclusive group holidays.
With our advertising and marketing, we would like to offer a UK and international portfolio of unique luxury properties. Like minded owners which capture the exclusive essence of individual events and vacations.

A guide to the standards
Here is a guide to the standards we look for. Properties should be at the luxury end of the market. Often many properties do not carrying an official Tourist Board rating. This does not mean you will not get accepted,
The ultimate decision will be with us whether your property gets accepted. This will be finally judged on the location as well as character and uniqueness. Additionally, group venue facilities, services and individuality of the property play a part.

How much does it cost? For our venue marketing services on our website, we charge a nominal joining fee. This will be due at time of signing an agency agreement. For this fee, your property will have its own feature page. It will not display your contact details. All enquiries will come to ourselves.

Exclusive advertising and promotion via our website provides a unique opportunity for luxury venues and exclusive services. They can advertise and partner with us. The ultimate goal being to attract a specific market and collaborate. This can be clients looking for “private and exclusive use venues”. Whether it be for an event, discreet business meeting, family reunion or private celebration or even an exclusive holiday with a group of friends or family.
Our exclusive use venue marketing has one main target audience, “Group Business”. We are not targeting single room nights.
What Types of Property are Accepted?
A property that can is described as “private, exclusive, unusual or unique”. Where potential clients can stay or use your property for business or leisure. Event venue marketing venues can also be classified as “Corporate Retreats“.
When advertising exclusive use venues, properties do not have to be on an private use basis only. For example “a hotel”. A small luxury hotel will be considered providing:
1/ Each property is at the luxury end of the market (exceptional 4 star or 5 star)
2/ The property is available on an exclusive use basis on request (subject to availability).
With our event venue advertising for event venues. If your property has areas that can’t be closed off totally for a complete private hire (for example: members gym or spa; fine dining restaurants; grounds that can’t be closed to the public, etc). Unfortunately may mean your property will not be featured but we will be more than happy to discuss it.
